I am a Registered Psychologist working in an individual, one-to-one private setting, providing therapeutic treatment and interventions. I have a specialized focus working with trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and body image concerns with adolescent and adult clients.
My intention in the counselling process is to provide a non-judgmental therapeutic environment for clients, marked by collaboration, equality, and trust. Drawing from several psychological theories, I provide an eclectic and holistic framework of practice. I am committed to offering clients an effective, evidence-based, and meaningful therapeutic experience.
I am also the Founder of the Being Human Club, a trauma-informed, multi-disciplinary space of incredible practitioners located in the heart of Downtown Calgary. It’s a space for all messy humans to seek help and resources. Opening (fingers crossed) in May 2021.
